Will the product look the same as in the photo?

Each custom-made product is created individually for a specific person.

We make every effort to ensure that the finished product reproduces the model presented in the photos as faithfully as possible. We keep the same cut, pattern and yarn composition (e.g. 100% linen or 100% cotton), as long as the same yarn is available.

However, please remember that handmade products may differ slightly from the photos. The final appearance is influenced by, among others:

  • selected size and body proportions,
  • individual adjustment to customer dimensions,
  • yarn color (the same pattern may look different in different colors),
  • yarn production batch,
  • yarn availability.

If the yarn used to make the model in the photo is no longer produced or is unavailable, we select the most similar yarn with the same composition and similar properties. In this case, before implementation begins, we will contact you and present the available options.

Thanks to this, each product retains the character of the presented model and at the same time is tailored to the person for whom it was made.

How long does it take to complete an order?

Clothes available in stock are shipped within 2 business days. We usually deliver custom-made clothes within 7-21 business days.

Making a custom-made garment consists of several stages
• Selection and suggestion of yarn.
• Customer acceptance of the yarn
• Ordering yarn.
• Making clothes
• Shipping clothes.

Can I order a sweater according to my own measurements?

Yes. Select the “Made-to-measure” option and complete the required dimensions when placing the order.

Attention!
If you have body dimensions that do not match the standard dimensions given in the tables (wide shoulders, long arms, etc.), please provide the dimensions in the Order Comments field.

Choose a color from the color chart. If there is no color chart, it means that the available color will be the same as in the photo of the clothes.

How to care for the products?
